Question: What makes your products different?

Answer: Firstly, we only offer original, exclusive and awesome designs. Secondly, we always use only the very best apparel as a base, for our prints.
In the unlikely event that you're not 100% satisfied, our team are always on standby to help you.

Question: What shipping methods do you use?

Answer: We offer 3 shipping methods, Regular Shipping, Recorded Shipping and Courier Shipping, all prices are available when you choose a shipping method during the Checkout process.

Question: How much does postage cost?

Answer: Postage costs generally vary by, (1) How many items you order and (2) Your chosen method of postage.
However if you are placing your order in the UK then, NO MATTER the number of items, you order, First Class postage, is absolutely FREE.

Question: Do you ship internationally?

Answer: YES! We can pretty much ship anywhere in the world (subject to any licence restrictions). Simply place your order as normal. If there are any problems with your shipping, we will let you know.

Please note, we strongly recommend using a secure and safe shipping address for your order - and it is always worth double checking the address you use to make sure it is 100% correct.

Question: When will my order arrive?

Answer: Our goal is to ship your order as soon as possible, and hopefully within one business day, but processing time is typically 2 to 5 business days since all items are printed to order. Processing times may vary depending on seasons and busy periods.

When you receive a Shipping Confirmation email, it will contain delivery times. Your order has shipped. Hoorah!

Question: How do I pay for my items?

Answer: We accept PayPal as well as all major Credit and Debit cards

Question: Will my payment be secure?

Answer: All orders are 100% secure. Paypal and Shopify Payments handle all of your transactions and as such we never get to see any of your card details.

Question: What is your returns policy?

Answer: Awesome and original designs are the best. But Customer happiness is the super best. In other words, we want to be sure you’re over the moon about your Onatso product, which is custom created and carefully printed especially for you.

Because of this, your order is not returnable, but there’s hope! If your Onatso order isn’t exactly what you expected, give our Help Team a shout. We’ll gladly replace any items you are unsatisfied with or that arrive damaged or defective within 60 days from your purchase.
We’ll work with you to ensure that you’re happy with every Onatso purchase. Guaranteed!
